“I chose to volunteer with the FA because it’s such a great way to meet new people, especially as your kids get older and more independent. It gave me a chance to stay connected, build friendships, and be part of something bigger than just the weekly routine. My favorite part about volunteering for the FA is the real sense of belonging it creates. You’re not just helping out - you’re part of a community that supports each other, shares experiences, and works together toward a common goal. It’s incredibly rewarding to feel valued while making a positive impact. - ISB Parent
